PUBLISH Defendant Gary Joseph Bindley was convicted of armed bank robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2113(a), (d), and 2, use of a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 924(c)(1), and 2, and conspiracy to commit bank robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371. Bindley challenges his convictions and sentence on appeal. We exercise jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and affirm.
